Racquel Renee' Allen started her career in the beauty industry at Western School of Technology, where she earned her license in cosmetology. Soon after graduating high school, Racquel earned her senior cosmetology license at the age of nineteen. Promptly after receiving her senior certification, she opened the Statements Hair Boutique located in Reisterstown, MD. She has successfully grown her salon business for 25 years.

In these 25 years, Racquel educates her clients and surrounding communities on the importance of beauty care. Beauty starts within, " says Racquel; she always challenges her clients to search within themselves to find the beauty that exists in everyone. Educating her clients gives them the ultimate beauty experience from head to toe coupled with the best products and services that come from Racquel's salon.
Birthed from years of educating her clients on beauty as well as her unwavering faith came Racquel Renee’ a ministry dedicated to encouraging and equipping Born Again Boss owners, stylists, women with godly values to grow stronger in their walk with God, in the salon business. This lifestyle program is for those that realize their worth and want to reach their full success in life potential as daughters of the King. Racquel Renee’ lifestyle coaching is all about finding real closeness, everlasting beauty- the beauty of walking with your creator while discovering and becoming the woman He created you to be.
